Hanover & District Hospital is experiencing a COVID-19 Outbreak

The Acute Care Unit at HDH is currently experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak, as a result the hospital has halted social and essential caregiver patient visiting at this time to this area of the hospital.
One patient visitor/support person will be permitted for patients in the Family Centred Birthing Unit, and as needed in the Emergency Department. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis for compassionate reasons.
HDH is doing everything that we can to manage the outbreak working closely with the Grey Bruce Public Health Unit. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
